Yoga Class Descriptions

Apres Sport Yoga

Ideal stretches for after your ski, bike, hike, run or play day; physical and mental relaxation.

Core Yoga

Emphasizes strength and movement from the abs, hips, and thighs; encourages you to get to know your body's idiosyncrasies; find balance and empowerment/strength.

EBENFLO Yoga

Combines Pranayama (breathing techniques), Vinyasa flow, Hatha yoga, and Meditation Practice; well-rounded, revitalizing/grounding.

Hatha Yoga

Basic postures taught emphasizing proper alignment and balancing your musculature; great for beginners/flexibility.

Intro to Ashtanga Yoga

Introduction to the philosophy behind the eight principles of this practice, a specific set of postures linking breath and movement. We will study alignment of each posture in the Ashtanga primary series; strong practice.

Kundalini Yoga

Based on the study of the chakra system (energy centers of our spirits); specific postures and breathing techniques used to harmonize your energy, finding greater mind-body-spirit connection to live in optimal health of body and soul.

Vinyasa Flo

Ashtanga-based style; learn to ride your breath from posture to posture with secure and fluid physical movement; emphasizes strength.

Yoga is the foundation for this aerobic/dance inspired class created for a great, full body work out, grooving to the beat of world music; a unique, calorie-burning, fun, workout!
